• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Develop, implement and manage a system of accountability for health, safety and environment roles and responsibilities at all levels of the company. Inform employees of this policy, and make it available at a strategic place in the company’s premises.

This policy will be supplemented by applicable codes and standards recommended by industry standard bodies, client safety policies, and sovereign safety laws.
