Providing & Maintaining Safe Working Environment
The management of Simidebis International Limited is strongly committed to the health and safety of our employees and others connected or affected by our operations. As a direct consequence of this, the management of Simidebis International Limited strives to provide a working environment that is safe and without risk to health and also comply with statutory health, safety and environment laws and regulations.
To fulfill this commitment, the management of Simidebis International Limited will:
- Ensure that management accepts full responsibility for protecting workers and the environment.
- Give health, safety and environmental considerations equal status with the Company’s other business objectives and integrate them into all aspects of our work.
- Work actively to continuously improve health, safety and environmental performance.
- Only start work after confirming that essential health, safety and environmental protection systems are in place, and willingly suspend activities if safety, health or the protection of the environment would be compromised.
- Encourage managers, supervisors and all staffs to be individually responsible for identifying and eliminating hazards, preventing injury to themselves and others, and preventing adverse environmental impacts.
- Provide personnel with sufficient training, resources and systems.
- Minimize waste generation, air emissions and other discharges from our activities to the environment.
- Actively monitor, audit and review to improve systems, processes, health, safety and environmental performance.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Develop, implement and manage a system of accountability for health, safety and environment roles and responsibilities at all levels of the company. Inform employees of this policy, and make it available at a strategic place in the company’s premises.
This policy will be supplemented by applicable codes and standards recommended by industry standard bodies, client safety policies, and sovereign safety laws. Our goal is to eliminate accidents, injuries and job related illnesses. Every employee of Simidebis International Limited is responsible for the implementation and enforcement of this policy.
